The Swords of Legends MMO has a brand new PvE mode called Rampage. In this mode, players will be able to engage in PvP combat via flagged mobs. After killing a flagged mob, players will enter a PvP area. They will have to fight a number of other flagged mobs to win, with the goal of being the last team standing.
Calling all aspiring armorers! It’s time to confess: when it comes to crafting, you’re a bit of a pansy. Sure, you’ve got a lot of those fancy leatherworking and woodworking recipes you’ve been saving for that last-minute build you’re never able to complete. But could you really spend all day making that bonfire shield you’ve had your eye on? Perhaps you’d rather stick to making that poor excuse for a leather armor you’ve been fumbling with?
In Swords of Legends Onlinethere are definitely monsters to fight and tasks to complete, but sometimes you also need to cool down, craft some items, fish in the water and cook some good food. Fortunately, there will be many of these things, as described in a recent post by the developer about the pastoral life of SOLO . Crafting seems to be a fairly simple affair, with players learning recipes and going to the workbench to collect items. Collecting materials is also unobtrusive, although players have a separate inventory bag, the Qiankun bag, to store materials in. In addition, all impurities can be sold for a small amount, and trade in material is not available until the Qiankun bag reaches level 3. To fish, right click on the rod to switch to fishing mode and cast your rod in search of fresh fish. You can fish anytime, but extra rewards and better fishing opportunities are available every Saturday and Sunday from 6-8pm. Eventually, the kitchen will also appear in the game: Players will need to find recipes in specific bios or rewards in instances to add to their original recipe, collect ingredients and create dishes that give a buff. In other SOLO news, MOP reader Winterskorn tweeted a question about how the flag works in Rampage PvP mode and got the officialanswer: To get into Rampage mode, the player must activate a skill and his maximum level. However, once he has activated the appropriate skill, he can attack other players of maximum level, whether they are in Rampage mode or not. However, anyone who attacks players without a flag will receive a silent penalty if killed. View
