The Kaiju Wars demo is a fast paced multiplayer game for PC gamers. It’s up to you and your friends to defend Earth from colossal monsters like Godzilla, King Kong, and Mothra!. So grab some popcorn as titles in the series become available on Steam!
Kaiju Wars is a free-to-play mobile game that features giant monsters fighting for the future of humanity. The demo has been updated with new content and bug fixes.
With a fully integrated map editor, the Kaiju-sized demo for Foolish Mortals’ Kaiju Wars becomes even larger.
Players will be able to design their own scenario based on what was provided in the main campaign once this map editor is in place. Players may customize the description, name, map size, troops, and palette under the mission settings page.
There will also be choices for tiles and a Kaiju tab with parameters for spawn location, appearance time, health, and respawn bonuses. There are additional project cards and chat options, as well as Steam Workshop integration.
This functionality will be available at launch as well.
From now through March 18, the team will run a map maker contest, in which Steam Workshop-submitted maps will be considered for inclusion in the final campaign. Note that Foolish Mortals will contact creators directly, with their inclusion (if agreed upon) being woven into the main plot and the creator receiving credit with the rest of the crew in the final release.
The Kaiju Wars demo is available for download on Steam for anyone who are interested. In March, the entire release will be available.
